We are excited to welcome Dr. Michael Baniewicz, a pediatric neuropsychologist, to Oak Counseling & Consulting!

Meet Dr. Baniewicz

Dr. Baniewicz works with children, teens, and young adults (ages 3 through college). He specializes in comprehensive evaluations for:

• ADHD

• Autism spectrum concerns

• Medical and genetic conditions

• Giftedness

What sets Dr. Baniewicz apart is his person-affirming philosophy. He takes time to recognize each child’s unique strengths and experiences, while also identifying areas where skills are still developing. He believes that children act in the best way they know how, and that behaviors reflect both strengths and areas for growth.

By uncovering the “why” behind learning or behavioral challenges, Dr. Baniewicz empowers families with the clarity and confidence they need to support their child effectively — at home, in school, and beyond.
