We provide individual therapy, child and teen therapy, couples therapy, parent coaching, executive coaching for C-Suite women, and seasonal therapeutic groups. Yes! We work with children as young as 2 using developmentally appropriate approaches including play therapy, sand tray therapy, and narrative therapy.
Therapy focuses on emotional health, healing, and understanding past and current challenges. Coaching is future-focused, goal-oriented, and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Both can be helpful depending on what you’re looking for.

We are considered out-of-network with insurance, but we’re happy to provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
We are in-network with several Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), including Allied Trades, Lyra, and Carebridge.
Because we never want finances to be a barrier to receiving support, our therapists also maintain a limited number of sliding-scale spots. If cost is a concern, please reach out—together, we can explore the options available to you.
Yes! Many of our services are available through secure telehealth. If meeting online works better for your schedule or comfort level, we’re happy to explore that option with you based on your needs and your provider’s availability. Our office for in person appointments are located in the heart of West Chester at 535 N. Church Street.

Frequency depends on your needs and goals. Many clients start weekly and adjust over time with their provider. Each session is 50 minutes.
