Group Therapy Sessions

Empty Chairs

Healing often feels different when you realize you are not navigating life’s challenges alone. Group therapy provides a supportive environment where participants can connect with others facing similar experiences, share insights, and practice new skills in a safe and structured setting.

Groups provide opportunities to gain perspective, learn coping strategies, and build community. Past sessions have included topics such as grief, social skills, teen dating, and other developmental or life transitions. We are also expanding offerings to support individuals healing from divorce and other life challenges.

We also offer Branches of Motherhood, a free monthly virtual support group for mothers at any stage. This peer-focused space is welcoming, grounding, and non-therapeutic, providing connection without creating a therapy client relationship. It is designed to help participants feel supported, heard, and encouraged as they navigate the challenges and joys of motherhood.
