What We Offer

Individual Therapy

A space just for you. Whether you’re navigating stress, healing from past experiences, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply, individual therapy offers a gentle place to slow down, breathe, and reconnect. Together, we’ll explore what’s weighing on you, build tools that truly support your life, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right. Your story matters, and this is a safe place to explore it.

Child & Adolescent Therapy

Children and teens experience big feelings too—and they deserve a space where those feelings are heard, understood, and supported. In therapy, young people can learn to make sense of their emotions, build healthy coping skills, and develop confidence in who they are becoming. Whether they’re struggling with anxiety, school stress, behavior changes, or life transitions, we work together in a way that feels safe, age-appropriate, and empowering. Their story matters, and this is a safe place to explore it.

Marriage and Couples Therapy

Every relationship faces challenges, and seeking support together is a meaningful step toward understanding, connection, and healing. Couples therapy offers a calm, neutral space to communicate more openly, navigate conflict with compassion, and strengthen the bond you share. Whether you’re rebuilding trust, working through a specific struggle, or simply hoping to reconnect, we move at a pace that feels respectful to both partners. There’s real potential for change, and this is a place to rediscover it together.

Group Therapy Sessions

Healing can feel different when you realize you’re not moving through things alone. Our groups offer a supportive space to connect with others who share similar experiences, learn practical skills, and grow together. Seasonal therapeutic groups have included topics such as grief, teen dating, and social skills, with additional offerings—like a group focused on healing from divorce—currently in development.

We also offer Branches of Motherhood, a free monthly virtual support group for moms at any stage of motherhood. This peer-to-peer space is welcoming, grounding, and non-therapeutic in nature. Participation does not create a therapy client relationship with Oak, but you are welcome to reach out with any questions about the group or its purpose. If you'd like to join, you can sign up here:

Parent Coaching

Parenting comes with both beautiful moments and real challenges—and you don’t have to navigate them on your own. Parent coaching offers practical, supportive guidance to help you better understand your child’s behavior, strengthen communication, and create a more connected home environment. Together, we focus on tools you can use right away, tailored to your family’s needs and values.

How Parent Coaching Differs From Therapy:

While therapy explores emotional well-being, past experiences, and deeper patterns, parent coaching is more present-focused and skills-based. Coaching does not diagnose, treat mental health conditions, or serve as a substitute for therapy. Instead, it provides strategies, education, and support to help you confidently respond to the everyday challenges of raising children.

Parent coaching can stand on its own or complement therapy when families want both insight and hands-on guidance. If you’re unsure which path fits best, we’re happy to help you explore your options.

Executive Coaching for C-Suite Women

Women in executive leadership carry tremendous influence—and often shoulder challenges that few others understand. This coaching space is designed exclusively for C-Suite women who want to lead with clarity, strength, and authenticity. Together, we refine your leadership voice, deepen your confidence in high-stakes decisions, strengthen communication, and support the kind of sustainable success that honors both your ambition and your well-being. Coaching here is not about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you step even more fully into the leader you already are.

How Executive Coaching Differs From Therapy:
Therapy focuses on emotional health, personal history, and healing. Executive coaching is forward-focused and performance-oriented. It doesn’t diagnose or treat mental health concerns. Instead, it equips you with strategic insight, practical tools, and a confidential space to navigate complex workplace dynamics and lead with purpose.

This work is about more than professional growth—it’s about supporting you as a whole person so you can lead with confidence, integrity, and impact. If you’re unsure whether coaching or therapy fits your needs, we’re here to help you find the right path.
